A very rude woman who gave the name Sheena Jolly just called from 440-735-5100 x4277 to verbally abuse my wife.
It's been almost 3 years and I still have not had any explanation from AT&T as to why the clicks they reported and charged for were so different from the clicks reported by my web hosting company and google analytics.
We all know they lied but AT&T continues to harass.
I don't know of any content ad systems that pay by impression any more; at least, the ones by Yahoo, Google ppc adwords and MSN won't pay per impression.
