A very rude woman who gave the name Sheena Jolly just called from 440-735-5100 x4277 to verbally abuse my wife.
It's been almost 3 years and I still have not had any explanation from AT&T as to why the clicks they reported and charged for were so different from the clicks reported by my web hosting company and google analytics.
We all know they lied but AT&T continues to harass.

Still Insisting I Owe them $$$ Years Later
Selena from McCarthy, Burgess & Wolf is my new collector.
440-735-5100 x4265 I know it's misleading because the letter says Angela Bush is the person handling my account. But as soon as I called and explained my situation I was handed off too yet another person (Selena) who promises just as every single other collector has, to look into this and get back to me.
And she does! quickly by sending me this signature page from a contract from 2009.

Please take a look at this blog I put together so I didn't have to re-tell my side of the story each time my case was handed off to another account manager. Could you please convince AT&T to stop harassing me? Anybody who looks at the evidence can see that AT&T is completely in the wrong and tried to pull a fast one on us. I already paid for 4 months of click fraud. I don't owe AT&T anything. In fact I think AT&T should pay me back every penny I paid to them. I am not a litigious person. A behemoth of a company like AT&T harassing a small business like mine over such transparent abuse of a contract is unconscionable. Please find out why nobody has ever called me back to explain what I paid for for so many months.
